- WhatsApp Messages: Messages sent to and from your connected WhatsApp Business account are processed by BillPandaAi to generate automated responses and extract order details.
- Device Information: We may collect device push tokens (FCM tokens) to send you real-time notifications about new orders and messages.

6. Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have full control over your data. You may request or instantly trigger the deletion of your account at any time by navigating to the Profile Settings in the BillPandaAi app and selecting "Delete Account."
- Instant Erasure: Your business profile, customer contacts, order history, and saved WhatsApp messages are permanently and immediately deleted from our active databases.
- Revoked Access: All active sessions, authentication tokens, and access credentials associated with your account are immediately revoked and destroyed.
- Compliance Log: To comply with applicable legal and security auditing requirements, we may retain a secure, minimal record containing your identifier (such as your email address or phone number) and the exact timestamp of your account deletion. This audit record is retained solely for compliance and security purposes and is not used for any other purpose.
Important: Any legally required records that cannot be immediately deleted will be retained only for the period required by applicable law.
